You will be sure to have various amounts of helpful staff and support members within the Customer Service Center (A.K.A. CSC), where all of our communications will take place. There are a little over 72 staff members (Everybody is located all throughout the USA), so for us to list everyone here would be a book in itself. So if you like to just chit chat with someone and get to know how we operate with communications, come give us a shout, you don't have to buy anything to send us a quick note here within our CSC: USA Landscape Materials Customer Service.
As you see, we are very different than the rest, we take pride into keeping a record of communication so this being said, it's a firm belief "Communication is key to success..." Well we believe this, because that's why you have a record of all communications with the company you are dealing with in writing. If you would like to understand what we mean, try making a call to a company sitting on hold for 5 - 15 minutes waiting for a direct answer when you have one in no time within our CSC. Then you refute a problem and there is a verbal resolve, but then this company doesn't fall back on what they said they would do, so where is the proof? The proof is ALWAYS tangible if in "written form" so we hope you understand it's all within the concept of 'communication.'
